MKOne is one of Barratt Homes flag ship developments in the Milton Keynes region. In developing the site, Barratts further extended their aggressive house building schedule in the Milton Keynes region and have further broken to mould by providing a wide and varrying style of home on the development.
To support the unique nature and style of properties on the development, Barratt's chose Evolution to create their purpose made Marketing Suite on site including signage, marketing collateral and complete build interior.
Managed from our head office and in harmony with their corporate identity, Evolution created a dedicated Marketing Interior that allowed visitors to immerse themselves into the development whilst building was still ongoing around the site.
Selling homes 'off-plan' allows house builders to build homes with the certainty of know the house is sold as well as allowing slight alterations to take place to suit the homeowners. This also provides the purchaser with the benefit of potential discounts from buying a home 'unseen' as well as placing their personal touches to a property.
To support selling properties off plan and providing their customers with the best experience possible, Barratt's requested a Marketing Suite that reflected the prestige and varying nature of the MKOne Development together with stunning visuals designed to show as many aspects of the development as possible together with marketing collateral for both themselves as a renowned house builder and reflecting the localized nature of developments.
